Mega Fixx is a professionally engineered replacement for our German Mega Pacifiers. Smooth finishes and to scale design make this a flawless magnum opus (great work). The latex nipple upgrade on this model is hand made in small batches to specially fit and function with the Fixx.* This size 12 teat is overall larger and is the largest in our catalog.
The air flow, size and shape has all been carefully engineered to ensure the highest function and comfort for the user.
There is nothing like the Fixx available anywhere in the world. C'est la pièce de résistance.
The size of this pacifier is very large, and would be at least 30% larger than the other pacifiers we carry.
Very limited quantities are available for purchase, do not hesitate or you will miss out.
The shield measures 85mm*59mm (3.3"x2.3").
The pacifier nipple measures 70mm * 40mm (2.75" x 1.57")

Unfilled is better
Bought both one of the filled, and one of the unfilled ones. The size of both is fantastic, fills the whole mouth and is easier to forget when using than a smaller one you need to focus on keeping in your mouth. My only complaint is the filled one. In my opinion, it is filled too much, where the stem is completely rounded and has zero give. The filled bulb is great, but having a round stem makes it feel like it should be a gag, not a pacifier. If you want something like that, then definitely go for a filled, but the unfilled is much more comfortable for longer term use.

Pacifier
I love how big the size 12 is, it gives me such an authentic little feeling when using it. It's really well constructed and I'm very happy with my purchase will be purchasing again soon!

Best pacifier
This is the best most awesome pacifier I've ever had I sleep with it every night and wake up with it inside my mouth it's so relaxing and so awesome.

Suck on This!
The largest I have found. Any bigger would be too big. Good mouth feel. I do wish the guard had a bit more curvature to it. My face is much less rounded and plump compared to other toddlers. So, the guard doesn't caress my upper lip, chin and cheeks like it would have before I lost my baby fat. On the other hand, it is a large guard, proportional in size to the big teat.

Perfect Sized Shield
These new Fixx shields are the PERFECT size. My only gripe with the shield is that it doesn't snug against the face. Thankfully I have a heat gun and was able to warp the sides till they were snug against my face. Maybe one day they'll come out with a v2 of this shield and work out the kinks. The teat on this particular paci is HUGE, it fits well though and gets the job done right. I love my new pacis <3
