Order Cancellation and Returns
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. Submitted orders cannot be added to, we would recommend placing an additional order and contacting our support team to request the orders be combined for shipping.
All items are packaged and shipped discreetly. For the most discreet international shipments avoid using Canada Post as they require a physical customs declaration on the package. Free shipping will be by the carrier of our choice. If you require a specific carrier, please select it at checkout.
We are currently only able to ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post. Orders placed with PO Boxes without selecting Canada Post will be contacted to update to a valid address or the order will be canceled and credit to your customer account.
In the event that you receive a defective item, it is essential to promptly submit images(product & shipping packaging) and a detailed description of the defect to us within 24 hours of the delivery. Failure to do so may result in a lack of compensation being offered.
Any fees that arise from the importing of goods, including, but not limited to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, are the liability of the customer.
All orders shipped via UPS/FedEx with incorrect or incomplete names or addresses are subject to a $20 fee per piece for redirection or corrections. Once redirected we are not liable for parcels that cannot be redirected ahead of order delivery. Undeliverable packages will be abandoned.
In the event we can combine orders shipping to the same customer to the same address we will evaluate the actual shipping cost and any overage will be credited back to the customer. If we have the opportunity to consolidate orders being shipped to the same customer and address, we will assess the actual shipping expenses, and any excess charges will be credited to the customer.
Product availability/promotions can change without notice and are limited to stock on hand. PacifierAddict.com is not responsible for typographical errors and works to ensure the most accurate information is provided on all marketing content along with our website. Customers may not create additional accounts to receive new customer promotions or additional free items. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, PacifierAddict.com shall maintain the right to credit or cancel orders placed with the wrong pricing. PacifierAddict.com will not retroactively adjust pricing for any reason.
All prices on our website are in US & Canadian Dollars. We are not responsible for any international transaction fees you may encounter.
If the provided billing address does not match the address on your card, we reserve the right to ask for proof of card ownership or we will cancel your order with a 5% processing fee.
If you are experiencing issues ordering with your credit card, please contact your bank as they may be blocking your order. For prepaid credit cards, please check the back of the card for details on how to register the card for online purchases. Some prepaid credit cards cannot be used on our online store.
Payments will appear on your statement as RRZ INC
Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent closure of your account. An additional charge of $100 for every chargeback made will be added to your invoice and forwarded to collections.
