Not For the Faint of Gag Reflex!
I'm giving this paci five stars because on all accounts it's very well made. The materials are clearly high quality, the colors are nice, and it does what a pacifier should. All that said, I unfortunately cannot actually USE this pacifier because it triggers my gag reflex like crazy. If you have a sensitive gag reflex but want to try this, I recommend ordering the silicone fixx nipple along with this just in case you need to swap the default nipple for something a bit smaller.

I have gotten 2 of these and they are the biggest pacifiers I have I like the size and that it keeps the little one from talking I do recommend these to others the only problem I had was the pricing

Perfectly designed, mouthful, truly silencing (you just want to continue with it forever) yet smooth. 100% agreement with first reviewer who seems to be like me, a real life expert in adult pacifier. A word of caution though, if you are at risk of becoming pacifier-dependent (to late for me), stay away from this incredible marvel!

A genuinely satisfying pacifier that gags your mouth
The FIXX SISSY SILENCER is a actual good pacifier. It works as a mouth gag, while also being satisfying. The reason it's a effective gag, is because it's a mind game for the user. Basically if you have sucked on pacifiers before, you will have the urge to suck on a pacifier. Which means that if this was put into your mouth. You would rather suck on it than take it out to say something. It's too much work to take it out the mouth, so basically the user just gives up on talking entirely. Then there's the fact that it's designed in a way that makes you unable to talk with it on. When you have it on and try to talk, you start to talk but you just end up stopping. That's because it's big enough that you can make a noise, but as soon as you close your mouth, you realize that it didn't work, and then just start sucking on it instead. After you try to talk and make a noise, you are discouraged from talking because of the weird feeling you have. So you just don't make noise at all. So basically it's an effective gag by it's self without a strap, because it messes with your mind. Then the satisfying explanation is that it's bigger and it's latex, which is different from regular silicone. So it fills your mouth. The teat is filled with something so it's somewhat solid, but it has enough room to bring in air. That air is located in areas that have room for it. Which means that the way it feels when sucking on it is different, which is satisfying.
