What to expect when ordering from Pacifier Addict!

At Pacifier Addict, we have a dedicated team of pacifier decorators who put a lot of love and care not only into the creations we have available but also into the packing and shipping of your new pacifier.

We have lots to offer on Pacifier Addict including a large selection of Premade Customs and Blank Adult Size 6 Pacifiers.

Feeling creative? You are in the right spot! We have a few different options for the customization of your own pacifiers and bottles. It is very easy to create and customize your pacifier. Start by selecting what style guard and colour you want. Followed by 1 of the many options of nipples and finish it off by adding a special little touch to the button, if you like! We can add a nickname or image to the button that is applied using permanent vinyl in a colour of your choice.

Customizing a bottle is just as easy. Have a cute message for either yourself or a friend applied to the side of the bottle. Customizable options include font style, text colour, and of course the text itself! This is applied to one of our Vintage Adult Baby Bottle.

Packaging

All the orders that are placed are packaged with care and are shipped discreetly in poly mailers lined with bubble wrap. Each order is shipped with a free gift code (while supplies last). Orders being shipped within Canada and the USA are shipped with a surprise sweet treat (while supplies last).

Shipping

With a variety of shipping options, it is important to know that all the orders placed are insured for damages that might occur during transit or if they are lost by the carrier. If at any time you have a question or concern about the shipping of your order please contact our customer service team directly.

Warehouse pick-up

To order for warehouse pick-up all you need to do is change your shipping address to our warehouse address. Please provide your billing address as normal (orders will be canceled with incorrect billing addresses).

Once the shipping details have been entered select the Free Warehouse Pick-up shipping method. If you do not see a free warehouse pick-up option check the shipping address again, or contact support for assistance.

After your order is placed our warehouse team will package your order for you. We will contact you once the order is ready to be picked-up, and will schedule a time with you to pick-up your order.
