Payments

All prices on our website reflect the currency selected on our website. We accept Canadian or US Dollars. We are not responsible for any international transaction fees you may encounter.

Orders above $800

Any orders above $750 USD or $850 CAD require a signed invoice before the order can be processed. Our team will reach out to you directly if your order exceeds $800.

Name on credit card

Payments will appear on your statement as RRZ INC.
Transactions made with PayPal: Inside PayPal our name appears as Rearz Inc. but on the card or bank account used for the transaction the statement will still appear as RRZ INC.

Provided billing address

If the provided billing address does not match the address on your card, your transaction may automatically be declined. We reserve the right to ask for ID and proof of card ownership.

International/USA Credit Cards
Prepaid cards

International Credit Card Purchases: If you are experiencing issues ordering with your Credit Card and are located outside of Canada, please contact your bank. They may be blocking your order as international purchases can be seen as fraudulent.

Pre-paid credit card

If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please check the back of the card for details on how to register the card for online purchases. Please ensure your card is registered prior to using it. Some pre-paid credit cards cannot be used on our online store. Please also check your card balance prior to use. Prepaid cards are frequently declined due to the balance.

Order Cancellation

Given our customers’ urgent need for our products, we rapidly complete orders to get them to our customers as quickly as absolutely possible. For that reason, orders cannot normally be canceled or modified once they have been placed. In the event that an order can be cancelled, there will be a 5% processing fee deducted from your refund. Any cancellation requests are best sent by replying to your order confirmation email. All orders with made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be modified or canceled for any reason. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Coupons, gifts and samples

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit the use of coupons and free promotional gifts. Free samples are limited to one per customer based on available stock. These items are not guaranteed once in your cart. Any abuse or improper applications of coupons will result in your order being cancelled in part or in full and your account being limited or closed.

Special Promotions
Product

Product Availability/Promotions can change without notice. All special offers and promotions are limited to stock on hand. We do not offer rain checks. PacifierAddict.com is not responsible for typographical errors and works to ensure the most accurate information is provided on all marketing content along with our website. Customers may not create additional accounts to receive new customer promotions or additional free items. This will result in your order being canceled with fees. If a mistake is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, PacifierAddict.com shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed with the wrong pricing. All promotions are offered in Canadian Dollars/USD and are based on the Eastern Time Zone. Once a promotion has ended PacifierAddict.com will not retroactively adjust pricing for any reason, including Technical Difficulties.

Chargebacks

All chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent closure of your account. A charge of $100 + 20% of the order value will be added to your invoice for every chargeback made, and then forwarded to a collections agency. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONTACT OUR SUPPORT TEAM BEFORE MAKING A CHARGEBACK.
