This helpful guide can assist you with understanding the different sizes of pacifiers we stock and where to find them.
Original - Also known as the “standard size 6”. This guard features a convenient handle that is great for attaching pacifier clips and comes in over 30 colours.
The original pacifier guard requires modification in order to be functional as the standard size 6 nipples they come with will be firm. The Original guards can be purchased individually or in bulk supply, with the size 6 frosted teat, and are not modified to be functional.
Fixx - The Fixx is one of a kind, professionally engineered adult fixation device. The size of this pacifier is very large and would be at least 30% larger than the other pacifier guard we carry. The Fixx features a convenient handle that is great for attaching pacifier clips and comes currently in 25 solid colours & 7 transparent with more coming in the future.
The Fixx is designed to be fully functional without any additional modification required. The Fixx comes standard with the size 10 nipple but can be purchased in various latex versions.
The Fixx pacifier guard is available in blank, decorated & printed designs. For those looking for the larger teats you can find the Latex Fixx Pacifiers here as these are specialty nipples they can sell out quickly and be out of stock until our next restock arrives.
Silicone
Size 6 Frosted Orthodontic - An orthodontic pacifier features a nipple that is flattened on the bottom and rounded at the top. They are specifically designed to support the shape of an adult’s palate and jaw. This teat is available separately and on Original guards & modified soothers. The measurements of this teat are: 5cm x 3cm

Orthodontic Size 8 - An orthodontic pacifier features a nipple that is flattened on the bottom and rounded at the top. They are specifically designed to support the shape of an adult’s palate and jaw. Available in 3 different colours, clear, purple, and turquoise. This currently only available in 6 packs and on select pre-made pacifiers and once sold will not be restocked. The measurements of this teat are: 5.6cm x 3.7cm

Fixx Orthodontic Size 10 - An orthodontic pacifier features a nipple that is flattened on the bottom and rounded at the top. They are specifically designed to support the shape of an adult’s palate and jaw. This teat is very large, seamless, and is designed specifically to fit the Fixx pacifier, and is also available individually. The measurements of this teat are: 3.7cm x 6.3cm

Latex
Cushion Size 10 - Cushion pacifiers are shaped with large rounded tops that taper toward the guard. These are specifically designed to fill an adult’s mouth. This teat is available on the Fixx guards. The measurements of this teat can vary as they are hand made but on average are: 6.9xm x 4.1cm

Orthodontic Size 10 (German size 10) - An orthodontic pacifier features a nipple that is flattened on the bottom and rounded at the top. They are specifically designed to support the shape of an adult’s palate and jaw. The measurements of this teat can vary as they are hand made but on average are: 3.9cm x 6.8cm. This teat is available on Original Guards and on Fixx guards but are not interchangeable as they have different sized openings to fit the respective guards.

Orthodontic Mega Fixx 12 (German size 12) - Made in small batches to specially fit and function with the Fixx. This size 12 teat is the largest in our catalog. The Jawbreaker is a firm version of the nipple which is stuffed to give you a firm experience, where the nipple does not deflate with sucking. The measurements of this teat can vary as they are hand made but on average are: 4.2cm x 6.3cm.
